Last night I cut up sweet potatoes and tossed them in a bowl w/ 1/3 c. brown sugar, 3 T. butter, 1/2 tsp salt and sprinkle of pepper, then baked on foil for about 25 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes @425 degrees. This is yummy on squash too, but bake for 40-45 mins. My kids think it is dessert! Got the recipe from Kate. xo
