so stinking easy.
warm and seasonal and reminds me of thanksgiving at mom's.
just make sure to drench this baby in its caramel sauce.
moist and delicioso.
of course, if you're not a cranberry fan (like my hubs),
this ain't for you.

This recipe was taken out of successive "Favorites" cook books 'cause it's so tart. The prob. is they left out a cup of sugar when they copied my recipe. There are really 2 cups of sugar in the pudding. Too bad they messed up as it's a fabuloso dessert! I hope all our sisters know this when they use the Favorites with the incorrect recipe.
